The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Runisaidpur P.S.Case No. 473 of 2016, registered under Sections 193, 204, 468, 471, 420, 120B, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that in Runisaidpur P. S. Case No. 496 of 2013, accused Randhir Rai falsely disclosed his name as Harendra Sahni before the police for the reason that he was accused in various other cases but his prayer for bail was rejected. Again he filed bail petition in his real name so the Court in Cr. Misc. No. 34749 of 2015 by order dated 16.11.2016 directed the Vigilance Department to make enquiry with respect to Advocate
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57900 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 Clerks and other Pairvikar swearing false affidavit on behalf of Harendra sahni.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father of Randhir Rai but he had not filed any affidavit in his any bail matter, the report of Vigilance Department shows that the police came for investigation at his home but he escaped away from the house and he is in custody since 11.07.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent . Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S.Case No. 473 of 2016.
