The petitioners are in custody since 14.03.2018 in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that save and except that the petitioners were present at the place of occurrence, there is no overt act attributed to the present petitioners. The main allegation is against Pintu Mathur and Pankaj Mathur and not against these petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
