The petitioner seeks bail in Parsa P.S. Case No. 203 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have assaulted the husband of the informant by means of dab and also sprinkled kerosene oil on the informant and her house and torched her house. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a case and counter case between the parties. Injury found on the person of the husband of the informant and on the head of the informant and other parts of her person are simple in nature while no burn injury has been found on the person of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53252 of 2017 (3) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 informant rather the injury caused by hard and blunt substance. I.O. has also not found any sign of burning of the house at the place of occurrence. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 25.08.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 203 of 2016.
