The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kishanganj Barsoi Rail P.S. Case No. 8/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant had simple ticket. He approached the TTE for upgradation of the ticket of sleeper class. It is alleged that the petitioner gave receipt of Rs. 190/- on payment of Rs. 500/-. The remaining amount was not paid by the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a

No.29069 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Kishanganj Barsoi P.S. Case No. 8/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
