This is an application for quashing of the order dated 8.4.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Vaishali at Hazipur passed in Criminal Revision No. 126 of 2013 by which learned Sessions Judge has set aside the order dated 22.4.2013 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hazipur in Complaint Case No. 2686 of 2008, Tr. No. 670 of 2013. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the case. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before an appropriate Court at an appropriate stage .
