The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that the petitioner is proprietor of Rameshwar Tour and Travel Agency at Swarajaya Puri Road, Gaya, which delivered a forged air ticket from Patna to Bangloor in the name of Ashok Kumar and his wife Suneeta and realized Rs.16898/-. The present case has been lodged by the driver of Ashok Kumar.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that actually the ticket was supplied by the employee of the petitioner and the petitioner is ready to reimburse the amount as the said
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22706 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 staff has already run away from the travel agency. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of accusation and the stand of the petitioner, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya, in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.419/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted on submission of Rs.16898/- before the learned Court below, which will be released by the learned Court below in favour of Ashok Kumar through the informant of this case.
