2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 821 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 21.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 57517 of 2024, the order dated 21.08.2024 reads as under:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 821 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18124 of 2025(5) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 Arms Act.
3. One 9 MM loaded pistol with cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in ten cases out of which four cases are of murder. The petitioner is in jail since 11.12.2023.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
4. Learned APP submits that the charges have been framed against the petitioner and the co-accused persons.
5. Considering the criminal antecedent i.e. pendency of four cases, I am not inclined to review my earlier order. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
6. The trial judge is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it on day to day basis. The S.S.P. Patna is also directed to ensure attendance of the witnesses before the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Patna.
