JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Both the petitioners along with Vikram Kumar and Rohit Kumar were arrested at Platform No.1 of Gaya Railway Station and on search, from the possession of Vikram Kumar, one mobile of Carbon Company, from the possession of Rohit Kumar, cash appertaining to Rs.16,00/- and one blade, from the possession of Munirak Saw (one of the petitioners), one mobile set of Spice Company and from the possession of Md. Shahabu (one of the petitioners), one mobile set of Peace Company has been seized. Petitioners happen to be under custody since 13.08.2017, having no criminal antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59684 of 2017 (02) dt.13-12-2017 Accordingly, petitioners, Md.
Shahabu and Munirak Saw are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Railway Court, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P. S. Case No.243 of 2017.
