15-06-2015 Heard Sri Kumar Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, who apprehend their arrest in connection with Bochahan P.S.Case no.01 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 341,323, 324, 379, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation against the petitioners. He further submits that counter case has also been filed from the side of petitioners against the informant side.
Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have also perused the materials available on record. From the F.I.R. it is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19234 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 evident that there is specific accusation against the petitioners. I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
