Petitioner is accused in connection with Barechatti P.S. Case No. 214 of 2018 registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the I.P.C.

Submission is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2018 and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sherghati in connection with
