ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2017 in connection with S.T. No.546 of 2017 arising out of Begusarai Nagar P.S. Case No.31 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 353, 224, 307, 504 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on account of highhandedness of the police personnel and that the nature of injury is simple in nature.

However, considering the petitioner's criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42882 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 antecedents and his conduct in the court while being produced from Hazat, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.

Let the trial of the case be expedited so as to conclude within six months.
