The petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2017 in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 322 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 338, 307, 435, 153 and 295 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to be one of the persons, who had participated leading to disturbance in the procession of Dashera. It is further submitted that there is no specific role attached to the present petitioner and the allegation is general and omnibus. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.59037 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 322 of 2017.
