15-06-2015 Heard Sri Paras Nath, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Ghoshi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
There is specific accusation in the F.I.R. against both the petitioners. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
