JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.38252 of 2017, vide order dated 31.8.2017 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after submission of charge sheet before the court below itself.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now charge sheet has been submitted and except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody for three months.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53720 of 2017 (2) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No. 157 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :
(1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date in court, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
