The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 307 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
