BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 13-12-2021 Service of notice on eighth respondent is dispensed since no adverse order is passed against eighth respondent. Heard learned counsels for respective parties. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue an appropriate order/orders, direction/directions including a writ preferably in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order as contained in Memo No. 483 dated 16.03.2019 (Annexure-2A), passed by the District Programme Officer, Nalanda (hereinafter referred

Ekangarsarai respondent No. 6 to conclude the appointment process after enquire into the matter as well as guideline of 2016.

(ii) Also for quashing of the meeting of minutes dated 31.05.2019 which has been held in presence of Ward member no. 11 and Lady Supervisor of Ekangarsarai block, District-Nalanda.

(iii) To direct the respondent no. 4 the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif to expedite the hearing of Anganbari Appeal No. 2019/20 as early as possible and conclude the same with its logical ends.

(iv) To direct the respondent No. 6 and 7 to appoint the petitioner to the post of Anganwari Sevika in the Ward No. 11, vilage-Kharjama, Panchayat Kosiyama, District-Nalanda at Biharsharif.

(v). To any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be entitled to."

Petitioner's appeal is pending before the District Magistrate, Nalanda, i.e., Respondent No. 4. He is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
