JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic. The present petition has been filed for restoration of a petition bearing Cr. Misc. no. 59548 of 2019, which had stood dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 21.01.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of the reasons mentioned in the present petition, he could not appear before this Court when the case was taken up, hence the petition has stood dismissed for want of prosecution.

No.15839 of 2020(2) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to restore the aforesaid petition bearing Cr. Misc. no. 59548 of 2019 to its original file.
