It was accepted by Sri Vijay Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to AAG No. 6, that the main writ petition is still pending. Keeping in view the fact that the main writ petition is still pending, it would not be appropriate for this court to pass any positive order in the present petition The petition stands disposed of.
