Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 363 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is named in the first information report with allegation that he took the victim for illegal purposes but the victim returned to her home safely and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded. The victim stated that she went along with petitioner by her own sweet will and remained along with petitioner as well as one other person for a long period and subsequently, petitioner called her parents and thereafter, she
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43740 of 2018 (2) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 came back to her home. The victim stated that petitioner did not mis-behave with her.
No doubt the victim was minor at the time of his occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
