Petitioner is accused in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 853 of 2017 registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 61395 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No.80388 of 2018, as contained in Annexure nos. 3 and 4 to the bail application. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
