Mr. APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. In view of the fact that trial has already commenced and learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Araria, has informed this Court that the same will be concluded within six months vide Letter No. 312 dated 17.12.2021.

Considering the aforesaid development in the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner to bail at this stage. The Court below is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from today.

If there is no substantial progress takes place in the progress of trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for regular bail after the aforesaid period. Accordingly, the present Cr. Misc. application is
