The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 8.2.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 212 of 2011 by which he has taken cognizance in the matter.

Considering the nature of material which has transpired against the Petitioner during investigation, I am not inclined to interfere in the order of cognizance dated 8.2.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 212 of 2011.

The application stands dismissed.
