The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that on 26.03.2015 the informant was at her door and she saw natives of her villagers came there including the petitioners and all were armed with deadly weapons and they abused the informant and started assaulting her with weapon.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28515 of 2015 (3) dt.01-10-2015 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It is a case and counter case. The counter case is Annexure-2 to the present application. From perusal of the injury report, it appears that the nature of injury is simple. The same is Annexure-3 to the application.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No.65 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
