Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR of robbery is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2017. The petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade up-till now nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Only material against him is his confession before the police and criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58579 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gopalganj Town Police Station Case No.211 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
