Petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No.37 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that buffalo of the informant was stolen from the cow-shed of the informant. During investigation, it is alleged that buffalo of the informant was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2018 having clean antecedents. Keeping in view the period of custody and clean antecedents, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
