The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Manihari P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner assaulted him with Khanti on his head.

It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 12.05.2015, but the FIR was lodged on 16.05.2015. There is a counter version and the occurrence took place due to land dispute. There appears that the petitioner assaulted the informant with Khanti and from perusal of the injury report the injury found on head is opined to be grievous in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27333 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
