JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 3 (i) (x) of the SC/ST Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the accused persons assaulted the victims causing injury to them and also snatched their valuables worth Rs. 40,000/-.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27915 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 that with a mala fide intention to harass the petitioner, the case has been filed u/s 3((i) (x) SC/ST Act .

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
