Petitioners are accused in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 registered under Sections 414/34 of the I.P.C. and 30(a), 41(i) of the Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case.
