2. The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehended his arrest in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 155 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 354(B), 419, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is to outrage the modesty of the informant, who is student of B.Com and also blackmailing her after recording video of her private moments with petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

No.22694 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/3 petitioner submitted that FIR itself suggest that informant was in relation with petitioner for which the alleged video was said to be recorded. It is pointed out that when some differences took place in relation, present false case was lodged out of oblique motive. It is submitted that the reason for making video viral not appears justified as stated through FIR. While concluding the argument learned counsel submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is running coaching institute.

5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances and by taking note of the fact as informant being major appears prima-facie acquainted with petitioner, who is a man of clean antecedent, accordingly the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st
