Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.9.2019 in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation some witnesses vide paragraph Nos. 17 and 18 claimed to have identified the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner has criminal antecedents of several cases. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is
