The petitioner seeks bail in Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 217 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Pramod Yadav.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.09.2021.
