ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 295(A)/429 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 290/188/153A of the Animal Cruelty Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the cleaner/Khalasi of the truck and has nothing to do with the material so loaded on the truck. He further submits that the petitioner being merely a Khalasi has nothing to do with the slaughter house business and he has to act at the behest of the owner of the truck who books the material on the same. Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.51836 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. XIV, Ara, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 176/2017.
