Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a 26/35 of Arms Act.

A loaded country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner, besides a live cartridge. Petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2018. Investigation of the case is already closed. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered under the provisions of Excise Law and the case of robbery.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43956 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mairwa Police Station Case No.48 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
