The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Dumra P.S. Case No. 405 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including this petitioner burnt to death the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is separate in mess and property and has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. There is

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 405 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
