Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offences punishable under sections420, 406, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the petitioner along with one Ran Vijay Yadav had caused misappropriation of Government fund alleged to have been granted for construction of toilets in the house of the common villagers, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36323 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by anything said in this order.
