2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025, registered on 27.08.2025 for the offences under Sections 137(2), 87, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, 20 year old daughter of the informant was enticed away by the petitioner giving her inducement of marriage with the help of other coaccused persons.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. No occurrence in the manner as

The daughter of the informant is 20 years old and she eloped with the petitioner out of her sweet will and it is a case of love affair between the two. The victim girl has returned and though she has stated that this petitioner took her to the house of his cousin and used to threaten her, the same is not believable. The petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2025 and charge sheet has been submitted. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the fact and circumstances and submission made on behalf of the parties and considering the more or less voluntary nature of act of the daughter of the petitioner and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner, submission of charge sheet against him and his clean antecedent, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-1st, Samastipur/concerned court, in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025, subject to the condition laid down under Section 480(3) of the BNSS and other following conditions:

(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below, if so required by the learned trial court.

(iii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
