2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that total 915.840 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from seized scorpio vehicle being Reg No. BR28L-2183 .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized vehicle . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner has got one

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Exclusive special Excise Court No. - II Siwan in connection with Siwan Town Police Station Case No. 711 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
