JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting and torturing to the daughter of the informant for non fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the Bhaisoor of the deceased. It is further submitted that he is living separately and has no concern with the mess and property of the husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26959 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical ( M.M.C.H.) P.S.Case No. 77/2014 ( G.R.No. 2052/14), subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Sudhir Singh, J) singh/- U T
