Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laxamipur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Moreover, the victim girl in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-2) has not supported the allegation of kidnapping and further she has not taken the name of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.03.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42871 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Jamui in connection with Laxamipur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018.
