Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No.24 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Allegation in brief is that in the evening all accused persons came to the house of the informant and the petitioner pushed down the informant and Md. Jafar assaulted her with stick and in the meanwhile, Md. Shamim entered inside the house and assaulted over the head of the informant's mother by iron road as a result she fell down and thereafter Md. Musha assaulted her on her chest with leg and fists. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is

No.43042 of 2018(2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 land dispute between both sides and case and counter case also, however there is no accusation against the petitioner of assaulting the deceased or anyone. The allegation of assaulting the deceased is specific against Md. Shamim and Md. Musha and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Md. Guddu is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No.24 of 2018.
