JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner filed a representation before the learned Collector, Madhubani against cancellation of his P.D.S. license, bearing license no 40 of 2007.
If the petitioner files a fresh appeal / representation before the learned Collector, Madhubani, the delay in filing the same would be condoned with a direction that the appeal would be disposed of preferably within a period of four months. This application stands disposed of.
