In view of the error in the pleading with respect to the Sessions Trial number, in the order dated 04.07.2018, the error crept in as instead of "Sessions Trial No. 202 of 2018 (Arising out of Katoria P.S. Case No. 331 of 2014)" it was mentioned as "Sessions Trial No. 179 of 2015 arising out of Katoria P.S. Case No. 33 of 2014". The Sessions Trial number may be read as 202 of 2018 arising out of Katoria P.S. Case No. 331 of 2014. The aforesaid correction may be read in the order dated 04.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28055 of 2018. Office is directed to communicate the corrected order to the court below for its compliance.

With the aforesaid, the order dated 04.07.2018 passed
