The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kodha P.S. Case No. 55 of 2013 registered under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.

Informant the police office made allegation that the petitioner has made false statement about his family property at the time of filing of nomination for the election on the post of Mukhiya.

It is submitted that sons of the petitioners are criminals and they have acquired huge property. It appears that this case is lodged only for giving false statement. Considering the aforesaid facts and the nature of
