JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.12.2015/02.01.2016 passed in Mutation Case No.807 of 201516 by the respondent Circle Officer, Bakhtiyarpur, as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ petition, whereby the claim of the respondent no.3 for mutation of her name with respect to the lands in question has been allowed.

Admittedly, the order impugned is appealable and revisable before the prescribed appellate authority as also the revisional authority under the provisions of The Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011. Furthermore, the aggrieved party will have further remedy before the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in view of the provisions contained in Section 9 of The Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.

In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed, but a liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the prescribed appellate authority as also the revisional authority for grant of an appropriate relief to the petitioner with respect to
