Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 154 of 2015 arising out of Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 140 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 18471 of 2018 with observation to expedite the trial and concluded the same preferably within nine months, but the same was not concluded. Further submission is that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No. 154 of 2015 arising out of Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 140 of 2014.
