JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2025 Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in both the writ petitions and Mr. Madhaw Prasad Yadaw, learned GP-23 appearing on behalf of the State in CWJC No. 6881 of 2020 and Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned AC to GP-17 for the State in CWJC No. 6721 of 2020.
2. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners in both the cases, seek to file detailed individual representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, for considering their grievance in light of the Judgment passed by this Court in CWJC No. 14493 of 2008 (Bihar Pradesh Lok Sikshak Sangh & Ors. vs. the State of Bihar & Ors. and other analogous cases) and CWJC No. 21406 of 2013 (Md. Merajuddin & Ors. vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.).
3. The Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid judgment and dispose of the individual representation filed on behalf of the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law.
