The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 342/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of confining the informant and making assault.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has been found to be simple in nature and there is a counter version of the occurrence.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28922 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sikarahana at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 264 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
