JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case by the villagers, on account of village politics.
This application is permitted to be withdrawn with observation that if the petitioners surrender before the court below (Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi) in Parihar P.S. case no. 242 of 2013 and pray for regular bail, the same would be disposed of on the same day.
