The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Parties No. 2 to 4 by an order dated 25.4.2015 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Patna, in ABP No. 2088 of 2015 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 197 of 2015 on the ground that he has not called for the case diary before granting bail and did not consider the merits of the case properly.
