This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 645 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41(i) of the Bihar prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not directed connected with the alleged recovery of liquor and he has clean antecedent, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
